Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.

We offer free returns if you want to return and item before 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund on your return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have all the parts and pieces that came with it.

To start your return, please send an email requesting an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) to:


 In your email, please include this information:


      • Order Number
      • Date of order
      • Reason for return


Once we have received your RMA request, we will email you an RMA number and further instructions on how to ship your item back to us.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.



Due to some items sold being unique, we do not accept exchanges. If your item was damaged during shipping, take pictures of the damage, including damage on the box, and contact us right away to request an RMA for a return and a refund.  We need the pictures for verification of damage.


Shipping returns 

To return your item, read your RMA email from us which will have instructions on how you can get a prepaid shipping label to ship your item.
